Edward graduated as
Juris Doctor in 1984 from the Suffolk University Law School,
Boston (Massachusetts, USA) Cum Laude, after having
obtained in 81 his BA in Political Science from Tufts
University, Medford (MA,USA).
He has completed
several assignments including mediation of numerous business and
individual disputes, negotiation of favourable personal injury
settlements with defendants and insurers, appointments for
statutory compliance, and several tax-related mandates.
He is a founding
partner of Schwab, Flaherty & Associés in Geneva, Switzerland.
His current practice focuses on the law of international
organizations, US tax law, and international estate planning.
He is licensed to
practice law in all Courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
and the State of Maine, and the US District Court, and USA
Bankruptcy Court, for the District of Massachusetts.
As a lecturer
Edward has taught for several years business and tax law with
EDACO SA for the Becker CPA Program.
